We offer fast and reliable delivery for all our chocolate products across Malaysia. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and shipped via trusted couriers such as J&T Express or EasyParcel. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days within Peninsular Malaysia and 5–7 working days for Sabah & Sarawak.

Enjoy free shipping during selected promotions or when you meet our minimum spend. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

As our chocolates are perishable, returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 3 days with photos and your order number for review. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

At Chocotainer, your satisfaction is our priority. As our chocolates are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with.

We only accept returns or replacements for items that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly shipped. If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
  

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 7–14 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
