At Chocotainer Sdn Bhd, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. All orders are carefully packed to maintain product quality, especially for our temperature-sensitive chocolates.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days upon successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Duration
Delivery time varies depending on your location:

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 working days

Sabah & Sarawak: 5–7 working days
Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

We currently deliver within Malaysia and will expand to international destinations in the future.

4. Delivery Handling

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as J&T Express or Easy Parcel.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
5. Melted or Damaged Items During Shipping
Our chocolates are packed securely with protective materials; however, as chocolate is sensitive to heat, minor melting may occur during delivery. If you receive an item that is severely damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos for review.
6. International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within Malaysia. For international orders or bulk export inquiries, please contact us at logistic@chocotainer.com.
