Return & Refund Policy

At Chocotainer, we take great care to ensure all our products are prepared, packed, and delivered in excellent condition. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Please review the following policy to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Returns

As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
We only accept returns or replacements for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your parcel.

To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
