Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms
- Support content creation including captions, visuals, and simple video ideas
- Manage social media postings and engage with online audiences
- Assist with sales enquiries, customer follow-ups, and order processing
- Support affiliate and partnership initiatives
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Assist with administrative and reporting tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Mass Communication, or related fields
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills and basic social media knowledge are an advantage

2. Production Team Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production and packaging operations
- Support quality control and basic stock management
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with production standards
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, or related fields
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and disciplined

3. Live Host (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Host live sessions on TikTok and other platforms to promote Chocotainer products
- Engage with viewers in a confident, friendly, and energetic manner
- Introduce products, explain benefits, and answer live questions
- Encourage audience interaction and support sales during live sessions
Requirements
- Confident on camera with good communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with live audiences
- Prior live hosting or sales experience is an advantage
